On this week spot light. We will be having an exclusive interview with Mercy M. Gushop a Nollywood actress. As she shares her experiences & success story.

Can we meet you?
I am Mercy M Gushop. I hail from Plateau state. I am an  actress, film maker, entrepreneur and social influencer.

What are your hobbies
My hobbies are reading, swimming baking and managing events.


How did you get into acting?
I discovered that I have passion and love for acting. and my love to act develop into passion. And my passion lead me to developed my potential to venture into acting.

What roles & movies have you played?
I have played a role of a Queen in an epic movie title the Herbs,I have also play a role of pastors wife in a movie title Man of God,I have also played a rôle of reform sex worker in a movie title the philinstrophist. And inspector comfort in a block bustard police movie title call to dutie.

What challenges did you face?
my major challenges is to be part of production or movie industry bigger than myself.that has the necessary network to groom me.


What are your expectations?
I expect that on or before the next five years,my movie status should make me the next best northern female actress in nollywood.

Who is your best actress?
Omotula Jalade 

How can you rate Bollywood?
I rate the Nigeria film  industry 30% out of 100%.why? Because the quality of acting in the films that I have watch and the directing still need more upgrading and professional touches compare to other movie making industries in Europe. We should always seek perfection in the art of film making.
